This Refund Policy sets a clear 14-day refund window for Monrac purchases.

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Monrac subscriptions and paid services.
By purchasing or subscribing to Monrac, you agree to this Refund Policy together with the Monrac Terms and Conditions.
2. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of the original purchase.
If your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
3. After 14 Days
Refund requests submitted after 14 calendar days from the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund.
4. Subscriptions and Cancellations
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation does not affect charges already processed outside the 14-day refund window.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact hello@monrac.io from the email linked to your Monrac account and include your purchase date and transaction details.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
